In the heart of the city, Sheraton Tel Aviv overlooks white-sand beaches and the Shlomo Lahat Promenade. Its upscale leisure facilities include a large outdoor pool, day spa and hammam.
Air-conditioned rooms have private balconies, many with panoramic sea views. All come with Sheraton Signature Beds, flat-screen satellite TVs, free Wi-Fi and espresso machines. Some come with Club Lounge access.
Sheraton Tel Aviv’s Cielo Spa offers indulgent Dead Sea treatments and a Turkish bath. The hotel also has an outdoor lap pool, a children’s splash pool and a fitness centre.
Diners can feast on contemporary Mediterranean cuisine and kosher dishes at the Olive Leaf. Casual international dining can be found at Kum Kum Restaurant and Deck 115 by the pool.
A short walk brings guests to the city centre. Tel Aviv Art Museum is 1.2 miles from the hotel, Cameri Theatre is 1.3 miles and Yarkon Park is 1.7 miles.
Situated directly in front of a beautiful beach, guests find themselves spoilt for choice by the wealth of bars, restaurants and markets in the surrounds. The more adventurous appreciate being able to rent paddleboards, windsurfers and bicycles just outside the hotel.

quality.
positive:

Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms Not Always Ready
While the majority enjoy a memorable stay, a number of guests suggest that some rooms and common areas are in need of updating. Despite recent renovations, it still has for many a tired and dated feel, with outmoded furnishings, worn carpets and thinning towels disappointing some. One of the few recurring complaints is from guests arriving
to find rooms unready. For morning arrivals, it is a minor and understandable inconvenience,
but for some arriving in the late afternoon after a long journey, it is a confusing
and irritating start to their stay.
negative:
Hospitality Training in Order
Occasional slipups in service standards have sullied some guest's experiences of this establishment. Lukewarm welcomes and inattentive waitstaff have disappointed some arriving with higher expectations, while a lack of basic English from other personnel members has led to some frustratingly avoidable confrontations.
negative:
Extra Charges Chagrin
A common complaint among reviewers is the extra costs incurred during their stay. Some consider the room rates sufficiently high so as to render parking and breakfast costs unjustifiable. A recent change in policy regarding in-room Wi-Fi means that a standard connection is now available, without charge.
