A number of guests have been less than impressed with the customer service experienced here. Disinterested doormen, eye-rolling receptionists and lazy waitstaff have shocked some visitors used to higher standards of hospitality from the Sheraton brand, though recent comments suggests things are steadily improving.

Low standards of cleanliness in some rooms and common areas have caused some reviewers to vow never to return. A strong smell of cigarettes in the lobby and in non-smoking rooms has shocked some, while half-used bathroom products and hairs in the bed have annoyed others.

Repeat guests are quick to note the many operational improvements over recent times, but are dismayed at ongoing issues with the internet. Outages are common, speeds when working are slow, and having to sign in again every 12 hours makes the process even more of an ordeal.
