The Shaffer Hotel features 19 rooms ranging from a simple “cowboy” room (that shares a spacious community bath) to the elegant wedding suite with two elegant claw-foot bathtubs and a wet bar. Additional options include double-suites for families and there are plenty of standard rooms with private bathrooms. All hotel rooms are furnished with antique furniture from its era. Guests are invited to enjoy the large outdoor park crowned with an Art Deco Gazebo, fire pit and covered patio. When you are ready to eat, the Shaffer Dining Room, with its original 1920’s pueblo art deco ceilings, will enhance your dining experience. You will be delighted to enjoy New Mexico’s finest Mexican and South-Western cuisine. The Dining Room can prepare a quiet dinner for two, or accommodate a party of one hundred.
