Guests loved that many of the rooms here have spectacular views. In many cases, you can enjoy the views from your private balcony. Also, you should be able to hear the sounds of the ocean from your room, which should be very soothing, or at least a welcome, novel experience.

You can expect the rooms to be spotlessly clean, and that they'll remain that way for the duration of your stay, thanks to an attentive housekeeping staff. Furthermore, guests usually said the rooms were comfortable and well equipped for enjoyable stays.

The hotels employees seem to enjoy their work, because they consistently are cheerful and have good senses of humour. However, when the situation warrants it, you can also expect the staff members to be very professional.

Guests frequently complained that they had severe problems when using the Wi-Fi. In some cases, guests were able to take advantage of the service if they stayed by the reception area instead of trying to use it in their rooms. However, other guests found it was very difficult to use the Wi-Fi at all because the speeds were very slow and the connection was inconsistent.

There were numerous complaints that the buffet's hot food items were not served at a high enough temperature. Some guests opted to just wait until containers were replenished with fresh food from the kitchen, but most were just mystified about why it was seemingly so difficult to keep the food hot enough.

Guests sometimes found there were not many confident English-speaking staff members. However, most will be patient and helpful as you try to communicate.
