Hotel Serviced Apartments Boavista Palace (Porto, Portugal)

The apartment complex is in a quiet location, but close to the city. Guests noted that there are many bus stops close by, which take you through the city. There are many restaurants/bars nearby. Since the metro station is at a walking distance, the places outside Porto are also accessible. The supermarket near the complex is handy for immediate requirements. Guests feel that the Serviced Apartments Boavista Palace is an ideal base to visit Porto city and the Duoro Valley.

Guests were happy with the professional services rendered by the staff. They described the staff as courteous, polite, helpful and competent. People at the reception speak good English and hence communication is effortless.

Guests spoke highly of the beautifully furnished, luxurious apartments. The elegant decor offered a warm feeling. They loved the clean, spacious and well-maintained apartments. The appliances in the kitchen were all clean and functional. Some apartments had two flat-screen TVs with English channels, and the balconies offered nice views and fresh air, where guests could relax with their drinks. Each apartment had its own Wi-Fi router and as such guests were happy with the decent Wi-Fi signals.

There are two minor issues which guests felt needed rectification. Storage space for toiletries in the bathrooms was missing. Arrangements for that would be nice. Seating arrangement in the balconies would help too.
