If you're a stickler for neatness then you'll no doubt feel right at home staying here as many travellers have reported the guest rooms always look extremely spick-and-span.
Numerous visitors have said they were mightily impressed by some of the vistas on show from the higher floors. Guests agreed that the 12th-floor and above were the best places to take those all-important cityscape selfies.
A significant number of travellers have been left distinctly underwhelmed by the standard of service they received at this hotel. Receptionists, cleaners, restaurant staff and even the manager have all been called-out over their cold, disinterested attitudes.
It is an unfortunate fact that there are only two lifts at this hotel and by all accounts both of them operate at tortoise-like speeds. Suffice to say, very few guests — particularly those staying on the upper-most floors — appreciated the delays this caused.
