The hotel is perfectly located between Elounda and Plaka. Elounda is just a 20-minute walk from the hotel and it is easily possible to hire bikes and cycle around the places. Beach is also a short walk from the hotel and there are many restaurants and pubs in the vicinity for evening meals. Due to its beachfront location, guests enjoyed amazing views from the balconies.
The hotel is well maintained and kept spotlessly clean. Fresh sheets are provided daily. Even the pool and beach towels provided are maintained hygienically and don't have any stains. The rooms are kept clean and housekeeping is prompt in their services.
Breakfast served at the hotel was just average. There wasn't anything fancy about it and the options were also limited. Some guests also said that the food was left uncovered on many occasions, making it unhygienic as well as cold.
The private beach area of the hotel is very small said the guests. It's merely a tiny strip. Thus guests going in for a beach holiday were in for some disappointment.
The hotel is located on a steep hill. People with mobility issues found it difficult to reach the hotel. Though the hotel staff assisted with the luggage, it was tough because of the steep incline.
