Hotel Segovia Regency (Mexico City, Mexico)

The hotel is located within a close walking distance from the Angel of Independence monument and close to the historical city centre. Guests were also able to head to the metro stations and to various eateries close by.

The rooms were found to be clean and spacious by guests. They were happy to have rooms that were clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and the essentials taken care of.

Guests felt that the hotel's value was good considering the central location, the comfortable beds and the spacious rooms. They felt that extras were not needed and that the basics were met well by the hotel. They did not expect a four-star service, just comfortable rooms.

The Wi-Fi was found to be poor and not working well by guests. They would have preferred to have a reliable connection in the rooms, but were disappointed this was not the case.

The staff were found to be unhelpful to guests who wanted simple information of the area but were given vague answers. The staff was also not customer oriented and would not do services such as irons or fixing the Wi-Fi. They also can't speak English and do not smile much.

The hotel was decorated like it was back in the 1980s and guests did not like the back in time feel of the hotel. They would hope the hotel would do something about changing the décor to modern times, for instance, by changing to flat-screens.
