Seahorse is a three-star, family-run guesthouse offering relaxed accommodations. It is located three blocks from Great Yarmouth beach. There are 14 rooms in bright hues featuring free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and tea and coffee making facilities. All the rooms also have en suite bathrooms, hairdryers and wardrobes. Family rooms have bunk beds. Seahorse Guest House is a smoke free property. It has a lounge area with a TV and free parking is available at a nearby area. Pets are not allowed in the house. There is a casual bar for guests to enjoy a cool refreshing drink. Home cooked breakfast is included and served in the dining room. Evening meals can also be arranged on prior request. Great Yarmouth and Caister Golf Club is an eight-minute drive from the house, and Yarmouth Stadium, famous for its dog races, is around three miles away.

Rooms in the guest house are cosy and comfortable. The beds are spacious enough and the bedding provided is also clean without any stains. Even the rooms are well maintained and kept spotlessly clean. Moreover, all the necessary facilities are available in the rooms.
Almost all the guests were highly impressed with the welcoming attitude of the owners Philip and Sandra Grey. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate the guests. The owners are well aware of the local area and share the knowledge with the guests. Overall, the customer service and hospitality extended by the hosts was of very high standards.
The guesthouse is located just two minutes from the Yarmouth beach; thus it has an excellent seaside location. Guests who were looking for a relaxing beach holiday found this place to be ideal. Other major tourist attractions are also close by from the house. Since the guesthouse serves evening meals, guests didn't necessarily have to venture out.
The décor of the guesthouse in general as well the rooms is pretty dated and requires modernisation. The house wears a dull look because of the old decor and shabby carpets.
Few guests said that there were many seagulls in the surrounding area and due to lack of window insulation or soundproofing, the sound constantly keeps bothering. Even the noise from the rooms next door is easily audible and is a trouble.
Some guests said that rooms which were on the upper floors didn't have any water pressure. There was either boiling hot water or freezing cold water. Guests had a hard time managing the shower temperature.
