Sea Club Alcudia is a four-star Mediterranean-style apartment complex with 439 rooms situated in Puerto de Alcudia, Spain. It is a ten-minute walk from the Alcudia Beach. The studio apartments and one or two bedroom apartments are equipped with flat screen television, DVD player, telephone and balconies. Patios give the view of the pool or garden. All the apartments are quite spacious and well-maintained. It is an ideal holiday apartment with basic but good decor. The Serenity apartments is an adults only section with a private bar and pool. They have all the amenities and facilities required to ensure a comfortable stay. Apartments are cleaned on an everyday basis by maids.
Guests liked the professional and well-trained staff. They are very friendly and accommodating, always eager to lend a helping hand to the guests. Staff members belonging to diverse cultures like Danish, Spanish, Norwegian and English was an added benefit. The reception staff was always very quick to respond to any request and concern.
Taking a dip in the pool was one of the best ways to laze around as per many guests. There are six pools, each with different depths. With plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, the guests did not have to wait for their turns. Kids had a lot of fun in the open playground where they played ball games.
Guests were very irritated with the patchy Wi-Fi for which they had to pay a huge amount. It was so slow that they could not even connect to check their emails.
Many guests felt that the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. They could not sleep properly and got a stiff neck too.
Most of the guests felt that the rooms required an air conditioner as it became very hot and sultry. They could not sleep at night as it got very stuffy and opening the window was an invitation to mosquitoes.
