Aqua Vista Resort or Sea Worldis a part of the Pick Albatross chain and is an all inclusive type four star property in Hurghada, Egypt. Several outdoor pools, multiple restaurants and entertainment activities are some hotel features. There are 273 air conditioned rooms with pillow top mattresses, TV with free movie channels, minibars, safe deposit boxes, desks and phones. The resort has five outdoor pools with many water slides. There is a fitness centre and full treatment spa with Jacuzzi, steam and sauna here. A tennis court, garden chess, mini golf course, kid’s club and other entertainment programmes are offered. Salon, gift shop, ATM and bike rental are available. There are several onsite a la carte and buffet restaurants offering all meals with changing themes. The hotel also has a poolside bar and restaurant. The Aqua Vista Resort is close to the beach and is about six miles from the airport. The city centre is about a 20 minute drive.
EXCELLENT SERVICEThe staff is service minded since it has a keen eye on satisfying every visitor's need. Guests also stated that they felt very welcome since the employees are very friendly and approachable. The visitors mostly liked the reception saying that they were treated best there.
APPROPRIATE LOCATIONMost of the visitors liked the location as it was close to the beach and it provides a nice and quiet ambience for the guests to enjoy.
INCREDIBLE FACILITIESMost guests fell in love with the facilities at the hotel which included the vast variety of pools with waterfalls. Most guests also fell in love with the aqua and water games. Some guests also liked the safe box in the rooms.
DATEDSeveral guests complained that the hotel was in need of some retouches here and there. Some of them complained of old fashioned rooms with rusty toilets, showers with dirty broken curtains and a stale old feel in their rooms.

UNSATISFACTORY ENVIRONMENTSome guests complained that there was too much noise coming from the carts that ferried some workers just outside the hotel, which disrupted their peace and comfort. Other visitors also disliked the annoying sellers that were just next to the beach because they wer too persistent and could not take no for an answer.
