Sea Sun Sand Resort is very well-placed, with close proximity to beach (five minute walk), biggest shopping mall of Phuket, restaurants and bars. The beautiful views and quiet location ensures that you have a relaxing stay, far away from the maddening crowd of city.
The rooms of hotel are beautifully designed with Thai Décor and all the facilities required for a comfortable stay are there. Clean and well-maintained rooms are also of decent size. Guests recommend taking a room on the top floor to get the best views.
Guests loved the breakfast experience, with too many options to choose from. Wide selection of items from Asian to western food coupled with good quality helps make a great start to the day.
Though most of the guests praised the staff for being polite and courteous, some felt that housekeeping staff is not very proactive and responds slowly to any request placed. The unaccommodating behavior of housekeeping staff left the guests disappointed.
Some of the guests felt that the distance between reception and rooms is too much. You may have to take three elevators to reach your room, which becomes a little irritating and tiring.
