Hotel Sea Garden (Hurghada, Egypt)

The location is found to be ideal for the guests who wanted to be near the central area and the new marina. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, so the vibrant parts of town are walking distance.

The staff members were thought to be friendly by many guests who appreciated that they helped the guests when they asked questions. They also liked the housekeeping doing a good job of cleaning.

The swimming pool was thought to be a nice and clean pool to be in and many guests enjoyed it. They felt it was a good size and that the water was clean.

The charges that some guests had made to them were a bit odd for some, as there were charges that seemed annoying for some. They were charged to enter the beach, checked out early more charges, disadvantage in exchange rates.

Some guests felt the beach area was either too far away or was not an ideal place to stay on. The beach staff were found to be rude and this did not help their relax time. Some guests found there was no actual beach per say but just a small area with no room to walk.

The amenities in the room were found to be lacking as they found either the TV, telephone and light were not working too well. The rooms were too dim and needed more natural light as well. Some found the elevator not working at all or the pool to be small. Sometimes the water would not be available.
