Total 40 rooms for up to 150 person in 4 levels with • 30x Suites (each 38 sqm - 60 sqm) with sleeping room with double bed (or twin – up to your group), living room with double sofa-bed, bathroom with shower/toilet (no barriere) and with balcony or terrace • 2x single rooms (25 sqm – 28 sqm) with sleeping room, bathroom with shower/toilet and balcony • 4x double rooms (28 sqm each) with double bed (or twin – up to your group), bathroom with shower/toilet • 4x apartments with 2 or 3 rooms (39 sqm up to 58 sqm) with 1 or 2 sleeping rooms, bathroom, living room, kitchenette and balcony We do have a very nice restaurant, very light-flooded: there we do offer a great breakfast buffet with regional & mediterranian items, daily from 8.00 – 11.00 am (and on Sunday inclusive a gas of sparkling wine) We do offer a little relax area free of charge with sauna, infrared cabinet, sunlounger and fitness area – incluisve bathrobe & towels for free! 5.000 sqm outdoor area with pine forest, garden and grassland – there we do have a fireplace for BBQ
