The staffs at the reception area were all smiling always. Thus, this made guests feel welcomed and at home. Moreover, they were all friendly and professional in addressing to requests and queries.
The insufficient drain hole inside the bathrooms was the reason why it got flooded every time. Guests were exasperated because of this inconvenience. Furthermore, shower did not have enclosure which made this issue worse. There was only a glass partition with no door to separate the shower area and toilet.
According to guests, rooms here are small so there is no room for luggage. Moreover, rooms are dated that it need an upgrade. Everything seemed worn out and you can see it in the furniture and the whole look of the establishment.
Wi-Fi was slow and not working inside the rooms which gave headache to previous guests. Thus, the management suggested to either access the Internet in the lobby where it was fast or just use the computer in the lobby provided for the guests.
