Saphir Grenelle reported finding clean, functional and comfortable rooms, which were thought to be well maintained and good value for Paris. Furthermore, some guests said they appreciated being able to take advantage of the hotel's courtyard in nice weather.

Those who stayed here largely thought the staff was friendly and helpful, especially when it came to things like booking transfers and providing tourist information, although a couple of staff members were occasionally signalled out for reportedly rude or indifferent service.

A few of those who stayed at Saphir Grenelle said they experienced issues with the Wi-Fi, although this may come down to the changing Wi-Fi codes.
