The decor in the rooms blends in well with the theme of the hotel. Guests can peep at the beautiful views of the swimming pool in the comfort of their rooms. The beds and mattresses are quite comfortable and luxurious. The private bathrooms are roomy and the showers have powerful water pressure.
Many guests who stayed at the hotel were rather disappointed to find out that some rooms lacked ACs. This made their stay quite uncomfortable at times as the temperature inside the rooms can get unbearably hot. Most were of the opinion that the ACs should be available in every room.
Many complaints from guests were regarding the noise levels experienced in the hotel. Noisy neighbours and slamming of doors was particularly disturbing especially late at night and early in the morning. The rooms were considered to have thin walls as noise is easily carried from one room to another.
