The hotel team of Kevin, the manager and his staff is truly professional and polite, making sure that exceptional customer service is provided to the guests. All the guests raved about the staff and how their needs are taken care of, showing that guests are the priority.
Some guests felt the loud, thumping noise coming from the bar and camp site a bit disturbing for those who are trying to sleep. The loud noise of music makes it difficult for guests to even relax in the beautiful terrace, however, the exotic location of the hotel makes up for such little nuisance.
Few guests were unhappy about the shrubs around the pool area which has wasps and make it an unpleasant experience to go for a swim.
