Most guests of this hotel have liked the rooms, as they are large and modernly decorated. The hotel has undergone a thorough renovation and the rooms feature brand new fixtures, furniture, and flooring.

Many guests have found the mattresses and bedding to be quite comforting at this property. Being able to sink into a comfortable bed was a definite positive for guests, especially those who had spent the entire day travelling to get there.

This hotel is right by Toronto Pearson International Airport and it runs a free shuttle to and from this location for guests. The majority of guests have appreciated this shuttle because it provides a free and efficient way to reach the main terminal.

Guests have been disappointed that the hotel doesn't include a breakfast with the room rate. While there is a Denny's restaurant on-site, guests are forced to pay for a meal there. Property guests would have liked to see a continental breakfast being offered, at the very least.

There have been complaints about the hotel's water slide being closed during the week. The hotel only keeps the water slide open on weekends and this has left guests unhappy, especially those who had promised their children that they would have access to a water slide upon arrival.

Past guests have noticed a fair amount of noise from the street below this hotel, in addition to the airport. This is a busy part of the city and, therefore, noise can be expected in most of the rooms.
