There have been some comments about worn out and broken furnishings, mildew, worn out carpet and worn out public areas. Several guests mentioned that the hotel needs major renovations, including people who have been visiting the hotel for years. There were issues with certain parts of the hotel being closed down. Some of the amenities have not been available for guest use at certain times, such as the waterpark, due to maintenance. .
