Hotel San Lorenzo (Palma de Majorca, Spain)

Almost a hundred percent of guests agreed that the Hotel San Lorenzo is in a perfect location, in the centre of Palma on a property decorated and elegantly maintained.

The staff and their service at the hotel is second to none, according to guests. They are quick to help guests, offer advice and give suggestions regarding the local area.

As with the front of house staff, the housekeeping and grounds staff keep the hotel looking clean, tidy and free of dust and grime both in the common areas and rooms, making for a welcoming arrival for guests.

While its location was highly commended, guests initially found the hotel difficult to find. Be sure to set your GPS as you get close, or have a quality local map.

Set within a beautiful old building where space is maximised, unfortunately there is no space for a lift, and has many stairs. As a result guests with limited mobility will struggle at the San Lorenzo.

A number of guests to the hotel said they found the bed too hard, similarly the pillows are too hard. Of course, if you prefer a hard mattress you’re in luck.
