They consist of 1 or 2 bedrooms plus, en-suite bathroom, living room and outside terrace. Communally, the reception desk is available at all times and offers car and bicycle hire, safety deposit box and currency exchange services. The nearby ‘sister’ hotel has attractive swimming pool and sun terrace areas. These are available to apartment residents. The restaurant at Apartamentos San Francisco - and Bar Ohio - are both popular meeting places for meals and drinks, before embarking upon the San Antonio night time ‘scene’. The apartments are only a few hundred yards from the beach and from the popular meeting venue of Cafe del Mar.
Couldn’t be better! Right in the middle of the really buzzing San Antonio resort, it’s only a couple of minutes from Kanya. Don’t know Kanya? It’s on the beach and the place to be. So much so that all the young locals hang out there too.
These apartments have been carefully priced to appeal to cash strapped youngsters out for a good time. They are also, though, startlingly well equipped, maintained and cleaned – so, if expecting naff accommodation – best go somewhere else! The cheap tariffs hide some great value accommodation!
Rooms are clean and kept very clean by the impressive staff. Restaurant food is great value and tempts many not to bother to risk trying anywhere else. Thanks (again) to diligent staff, any noise levels are kept to a minimum – so all age groups can enjoy their stay.
With notable exceptions, staff seem to have paid a visit to the restaurant and come back with a chip on their combined shoulder.
They’ll clean but they won’t change bedding. Not for all the tea in China + not throughout the length of your stay.
Even on arrival, when, frankly, everything should be 'just so', things are wrong! Starting with broken beds, but moving on to tacky surfaces in kitchen and bathroom areas; cleaning and maintenance procedures need some attention.
