Guests thought that staff were really skilled at customer service. They were always willing to talk, and were able to provide indispensable tips on what to see in the city and the best way to get there.

Guests would stay again for the location. Almost everywhere they wanted to go was within walking distance, and if it was raining or guests didn't want to walk, a metro stop was a stone's throw away. Many guests commented that they didn't think they could have asked for a better situated hotel.

Rooms at San Daniele Bundi House passed the white glove test, and guests were pleasantly surprised with the clean accommodation. It was obvious that the daily housekeeping crew took pride in their work, and ship shape quarters were the gleaming result.

Front desk staff were only available for a small time period each day. When problems arose, as they sometimes did with things like fussy Wi-Fi and plumbing, guests were often unable to ask for help. An easier way to contact staff would have been much appreciated.

Guests found rooms to be on the small side. While they were clean and quiet, some felt that they had limited space to move around. A particular nuisance was the tiny shower with a narrow entrance that proved to be a tight fit for some.

Guests who are reliant on an elevator might be in for a surprise here. An elevator is available to take guests to reception, but after that, guests are left to their own devices to make it to their rooms.
