The apartments at this property are quite large and provide plenty of space for guests. Guests have appreciated having enough space to store their luggage and relax in the evening while staying there.

Past guests have liked the located of this hotel, as it right by Salamanca Square and all of its dining and shopping options. Guests were fond of being able to walk right out of the hotel and into the square, as it made it easy to find something to do each and every day.

Numerous guests have complained about the mattresses in these apartments, saying that they are very hard and extremely uncomfortable. Guests have compared sleeping on these mattresses to spending the night on a slab of granite and found the beds to be unacceptable.

There have been complaints about the rooms being quite loud, especially in the morning. Much of this noise comes from the street below, as traffic, including garbage trucks, tend to get started quite early. In addition, the windows are made of single pane glass, so sound travels right through them.

Guests have mentioned that the apartments are starting to look a little old. The furniture and appliances, in particular, could use an update to make guests feel as though they are staying in a modern apartment, rather than an old and dated one.
