Guests enjoyed the warm and comfortable rooms they had available during their stay. The cleaning was done on a daily basis and the rooms were spacious for more than one person. The bathrooms were also nice and clean, as well as being en suite.
The rooms were found to not do such a good job of reducing the noise in between the rooms and from outside. Guests could not ignore the loud noise of the traffic and neighbourhood, as well as the noise that other guests would make.
Guests would have preferred to have breakfast on site, as it is easier and convenient to have this amenity. There was no breakfast offered in the hotel.
Guests found it difficult to communicate to some of the staff who had little to no English speaking skills. They were not able to have a positive interaction between each other because of this.
