Rooms in the hotel were in a bad condition. There was absolutely no maintenance or hygiene and the rooms were extremely dirty. Housekeeping was not at all regular, which kept the rooms constantly shabby. Carpets, sheets were stained and spoiled, making the room look dirty. Additionally, guests also complained of roaches in the rooms as well as in the entire property. Overall, there was no feel good factor.

Guests were disappointed with the quality of customer service which they were party to. Any requests by the guests to the staff, be it simply for a towel, was conveniently ignored by the staff and they were absolutely not interested in their duties. Guests said that in spite of repeated requests, they were not fulfilled, and they were just left for a long waiting period.

Since the hotel is located close to the highway, surroundings around the hotel were too noisy with constant noise of loud racing cars from the street side. Noise from people talking in the stairway or neighboring rooms was also easily audible. Guests said that the road noise was so loud it gave a feeling of sleeping on the sidewalk. There was noise of tires rolling over the road, trucks changing gears, and the rumbling noise of vehicles in general.
