Lovely view of the pool and surroundings

Most of the rooms at the hotel face the beautiful pool and you can enjoy the view from the private balcony. Guests also have the luxury of enjoying their drink at the poolside bar.

Most guests were happy with the hotel's reception staffs that were very friendly. Majority of guests were quick to mention the staff's commitment and professionalism in handling requests and ensuring they are met. Their ever willingness to assist makes them extremely laudable.

Well positioned near facilities and attractions

The beautiful beach of Pattaya is less than a 10 minute stroll from the property. Its location makes it convenient as guests can catch a flight from Suvarnabhumi Airport which will take you less than a 2-hour drive from the hotel. The property is close to various attractions such as bars, shopping sites and restaurants.

Some room had noisy air conditioners

Some guests were kept awake at night as the noisy air conditioners made them to have an uneasy sleep. A few felt that those that emitted a lot of noise were faulty and that they needed replacing.

Uncomfortable and hard beds in some rooms

Most complaints were regarding the mattresses and the pillows being hard. Even though some requested for softer pillows, they were occasionally provided with ones that they felt were still quite hard, much to their preference.

Hotel's Wi-Fi signal is not steady

The Wi-Fi signal seemed to be a huge concern especially for guests as it didn't quite meet their expectations. The connection is quite weak in a few of the rooms. Some guests found it hard to even connect to the network while others only managed to browse at slow speeds.
