The Gallery Café is located off the hotel lobby and serves up a selection of lighter meals and beverages whilst the Ash Restaurant and Bar is a modern cocktail bar and bistro specialising in meals inspired by traditional Scottish recipes. The Royal Highland has two meeting and event rooms. The Wallace Ballroom is the larger of the two can accommodate up to 180 people in theatre seating or 80 in a boardroom seating arrangement.
