Being a three star hotel, Rowcroft Lodge provides good facilities for you to enjoy a comfortable stay. To make things better, the room rates are more than reasonable.

A delicious traditional English cooked breakfast is included in the room rate here, and everything is prepared to order. Any special dietary requirements are helpfully dealt with by the owners.

The friendly couple who own this hotel, Elly and Steve, are sure to make a good impression on you as soon as you arrive. They do everything they can to make sure you have a pleasant stay.

No lift makes staying in top floor rooms a pain.

Try to avoid being allocated a top floor room at this hotel. If you do, you will have to take on the stairs every time you go in and out because there is no lift here. It can get particularly tiring after a while.

Wi-Fi gets weaker on the higher floors.

The free Wi-Fi here works well on the ground floor, but as you go higher in the hotel the signal gets weaker and weaker. If you’re in a room on the top floor chances are you won’t get any signal at all.

Getting a bit old and needs some renovation work.

This classic Victorian seaside hotel is beginning to get rather tatty around the edges, with peeling wallpaper, musty smells and worn carpets. A throughout redecoration and renovation would do Rowcroft Lodge the world of good.
