The hotel is ideally located for enjoying the beach-side attractions of Seaside Heights. Everything is in walking distance and you are just a few blocks to the beach. Guests like being located so close to the boardwalk.

Many guests vouch for the cleanliness of the outdoor pool. They will tell you that it is well-maintained with crystal clear waters.

The rooms are reasonably priced, on the whole, and affordable. If you do not have very high expectations, you may find the The Rodeway offers good value for money.

Guests are pretty damning about the size and state of the rooms. They aren't being picky when they say the rooms are small – especially the bathrooms. They say you can barely move around or even enter the bathroom it is so tiny. They could just about cope with the size of the rooms if they were clean. But they are not. They are disgusting. Towels and sheets are dirty and the rooms are barely tidied, if at all between occupants. The rooms are full of mould and have a foul stench. Many would advise that you stay well clear of this hotel.

Guests come with the impression that they can park their car at the hotel without any problem and that there is a parking space for each guest. Not only is this untrue, it is far from the reality. Guests can rarely find a space and if they do, they dare not leave it or they'll have to park five blocks away!

Guests are not very overawed by the quality and nature of the staff either. Not only do they say that they are unhelpful, their “creepiness” makes them feel uncomfortable too.
