All the rooms at this hotel are well appointed with comfortable furniture and some modern conveniences, but a few of them also have fantastic views over the sea and harbour.
This hotel doesn't always get cleaned properly, so you might notice spots of mould in the bathroom or dirty windowsills. Also pets are allowed in the property so dog hairs on the carpets are a common sight.
The car park is in a small area which creates two problems. One, there might not be enough space for you to park. Two, turning in and out of a spot can be very hard. Watch you don't dent your car!
One area that Rock House really lets itself down is in the food it serves. The quality seems to fluctuate, so one day you could enjoy a lovely meal and the next it it could be rubbish. There also is not enough selection on the menu if you're staying more than a few days.
