You won't feel like you're just left to take care of yourself when you stay here, the staff are always within easy reach and will help with whatever problems you might have. They are also really chatty and approachable which creates a relaxing atmosphere.
One area where the apartments are lacking is the range of equipment provided in the kitchen. There aren't enough utensils, pots, pans or appliances to make yourself a proper meal. A cup of coffee and a slice of toast is probably the most you'll be able to prepare.
You are limited to how much Wi-Fi you can use here, which really is a pain. If you want to use more than your allocated amount you have to pay extra, and on top of that the Wi-Fi is pretty slow too.
Roca Verde has certainly seen better days, and many of the apartments here could do with a complete refurbishment. Some are better than others, but be prepared to encounter rusty fittings, missing sink plugs and old chipped tiles.
