The buffet restaurant at the hotel receives great praise from guests. A variety of dishes to choose from, guests feel that the quality of food is second to none. Some guests prefer the buffet restaurant to the a la cartes!

Guests regularly comment that the hotel is clean, tidy and well-appointed. Housekeeping staff work tirelessly to ensure that guest rooms and communal areas are well presented.

The all inclusive package at this hotel offers great value for money. All cocktails and branded drinks are included in the offerings, unlike some all inclusive hotels where named brands come at an extra premium.

Some guests have advised that it can be hard to find a sunbed as many guests choose to reserve them before breakfast, although the hotel policy is not to do so. That said, this is an issue in many hotels around the world, and where possible management will try and prevent this from happening.

A handful of guests feel that you will only receive 5* service from all staff if you are happy to tip them with money. Some guests felt that a tip would secure you the best sunbed around the pool, or table in a restaurant. Guests feel that this service should be included in the price already paid.

Some guests felt pressured into participating in the daytime entertainment schedule, and found entertainment staff regularly walking around the pool trying to find guests to join in.
