A number of guests to the hotel have commented that they were frustrated by the daily ritual of having to wake up extremely early in the morning to place belongings on a sun-bed by the pool to secure a spot. Notwithstanding that the hotel policy goes against this practice it is not enforced. It seems that if you don't get in just after dawn you will not be able to relax beside the pool all day!
Notwithstanding that there is a variety of food ranging from pizza, pasta, Asian, salad and deserts, some guests reported that they felt that the food was of average quality and that the standard was not what they were expecting.
