Most guests were impressed by the dedication and expertise shown by the members of staff at the hotel. The hotel’s employees are bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English. This aided in smooth communication between themselves and international guests.
At an extra cost, guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea from the comfort of their room’s balconies.
A number of guests have complained about the paid Wi-Fi connection provided by the hotel. Guests thought that the Wi-Fi charges should have been included in the room rate thus enabling them to browse for free during their stay.
Some guests found the hotel to be in need of refurbishment. The furnishings appeared to be old and the upholstery threadbare. The lights in a few rooms kept on flickering and some went out completely.
Quite a few guests were dissatisfied with the quality of mattresses and pillows provided saying they were too hard and small. Those who wanted double beds were disappointed to find two singles pushed together and this was very inconveniencing for couples
