A number of guests said that the staff was helpful in answering questions or providing maps to travellers. Guests also mentioned that since they are multilingual, communication wasn't too difficult.

Several guests pointed out that it’s near the train station. A trip to the port is also walkable (about 10 minutes) for able-bodied visitors. Furthermore, guests say there are shops and restaurants in the area, if you'd like to do some sightseeing or eating out.

Guests found the in-room kitchenette offers everything they needed. A number of people enjoyed the option of being able to dine-in or eat out, particularly since there was a grocery store nearby. They even liked the dishwasher and on-site laundry facilities, however, they advised you should bring your own soap since you'll need more than what’s provided during your stay. They also enjoyed that the rooms are clean and orderly.

As of summer 2015, some guests remarked that there's a lot of construction going on in the neighbourhood. They claim you might have an issue with noise or difficulty moving from Point A to Point B.

Guests, new and old, mentioned that some streets around the hotel seem questionable and have a ‘dark alley’ feeling. So walking around, particularly at night, might seem a little scary to some. However, other guests reported no recent problems and said they thought the shops and restaurants around the hotel were very friendly.
