Guests widely describe the immediate neighbourhood as very quiet and safe, with a supermarket, pharmacy, and park nearby. Paris city centre is about a 20-minute drive, and the hotel is also well connected by the tram (which is connected to the metro) and the RER, about a ten-minute walk away.

Those who book rates with the breakfast buffet included often say that it represents good value, with a wide variety of choices including eggs, bacon, pastries, yogurts, cereals, and fruit.
One of the most frequently mentioned issues is the climate control. The air conditioning is centrally controlled, and a few guests have found that opening the windows or balcony can let in mosquitos.
