The two average furnished 2 and 3-bedroom apartments are located on the 1st floor of a directly on the beautiful lakeside promenade residence with pool in a sunny location. Shops, bars and restaurants as well as the public sandy beach are in the immediate vicinity - you really only need your car for the diverse cultural trips. The special charm of these apartments is, among other things, the numerous possibilities offered by the location of the residence: You can swim either the residenzeigenen, about 9 mx 15 m large pool (weather permitting from early June to mid / late September) use or go to the public sandy beach about 20 meters away. The idyllic village of Feriolo is also within a few minutes, so you can easily do the little things of daily life on foot. You can park your car in the private underground parking space (apartment "D") or in the garage (apartment "H") within the closed residence. An additional garage parking space and a parking space for boat trailer are available on request. Both apartments also have free Wi-Fi internet access.
