Situated on the Coast of “National Park of Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni” in Caprioli, in the highest and most panoramic place of the Gulf of Palinuro, immersed in the secluded area of centuries-old olive groves, Residenza Golfo degli Ulivi overlooks the entire Gulf. A manor house restored to its former glory, with a natural structure in stone, left externally visible. It has four floors, serviced by a single lift and it is located 150 mt. a.s.l. , with a panoramic view that ranges from the stunning promontory of Capo Palinuro to Punta Licosa , till your eyeslose on the most beautiful beaches of the Cilento Coast. The surroundings of the Residenza are dotted with medieval villages such as Pisciotta, Camerota and San Severino, with archeological sites such as Velia and Paestum , or with national monuments , such as the “Certosa di Padula” and valuable naturalistic areas such as Porto Infreschi , Cala Bianca, the WWF Oasis of Morigerati and much more. A ground floor with a large entrance hall, a room with a garden and a living room with a large equipped outdoor terrace, from which the view is incredible, looking across the entire Palinuro inlet and sea. On the three upper floors there are nine other lodgings, three on each floor, all with marvelous panoramic view of Capo Palinuro. All the apartments have a double bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, some of them have a single bedroom inside. In each apartment there is a TV, a Wi-Fi hotspot, a washing machine and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with crockery and various accessories and as well as linen (tea towels and tablecloth). A large outdoor terrace, with tables and chairs has a wonderful view onto Capo Palinuro. Externally, there is an appurtenance property with an unattended parking area.
