Guests commented that the staff are very keen to help with whatever they can do to make guests' stays pleasant. Because of that and other perks, many guests decided after staying here once that they'd never go elsewhere upon returning to Paris.
Guests loved how this property is close to tourist attractions, and that they could get to some of them without having to depend on the metro. Just in case, the metro is right around the corner from the property. Also, several restaurants are accessible within a five-minute walk.
Rather than being a traditional hotel, this property offers apartments. Guests said these accommodations offered an impressive value, especially when they were staying with family members. Furthermore, the kitchenettes allowed some guests to shop for groceries and save some money by preparing their own meals.
Some guests felt a little uncomfortable when they realised that the reception desk is not consistently staffed. If you arrive later in the day, you'll be given a code to access your room. Even though guests found staff members to be attentive, they occasionally mentioned it would have been better if they were always available.
Guests sometimes found that it was not possible to get Wi-Fi access in their rooms. The ones who were able to connect experienced connection problems every so often. However, these faults were not enough to make guests upset they had chosen to stay here.
Like many places in Paris, the accommodations here are not spacious. That's especially true in relation to the bathrooms. However, guests still found that the rooms were a manageable size, even when staying with others.
