The 3-star Residence La Chimera is located in the village of Villasimius in the south-east of Sardinia, a wonderful place that last year won the second prize as touristic resort of Italy. In the surroundings there are dozens of wonderful beaches; a touristic port, with possibility to organize excursions to little islands nearby; a wide selection of restaurants (some of which are in a significant panoramic position); discos and markets. Three years ago, the whole area became a marine park, where it is possible to admire a very limpid sea, magnificent grounds with a wide variety of sea creatures, among them a colony of tropical fishes from the Red Sea that is unique in the Mediterranean. The residence is located in the gulf of Villasimius, 300 m. from the wonderful beach of Campulongu, in an area full of trees and with panoramic views, approximately 2 km. from the village in a peaceful and silent zone, well connected to the main streets, services and beaches. Common services of the residence are swimming pool, common room, laundry and children's playground area. In April May, October, November the opening of the swimming-pool is not assured; it depends on weather conditions. Normally the pool is open from mid-May until the mid-end of October. The residence is composed of 14 apartments, recently built and accurately furnished, with a wide surrounding green area, and ample parking. Each apartment has a private garden; a veranda or a terrace, with possibility of dining outdoors; a double room (a second double room is only in the 3-room apartments); a living-room with a sofa–double bed and another sofa-single bed, an open kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove and full amenities (included cooking pots, frying pans, cutlery, iron, hair-dryer, satellite television); bathroom with shower. The 2-room apartments are for 4 people, the 3-room apartments for 6 people. In both apartments there is the possibility of an extra bed. Small pets are accepted. Apartments are rented only on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.
