Drivers generally love the hotel's location; the hotel is located Galisteo Street, which runs straight downtown, allowing them to neatly avoid the much busier "main" roads to the Plaza, gallery district, and museums. There are a couple of grocery stores and several restaurants within a short drive, too.

Guests comment that the hotel offers good value for money in comparison with properties closer to the Plaza, and appreciate the many "free" amenities, including the hot breakfast, ample parking, Wi-Fi, and the evening social hour.
