SouthPark shopping district is Charlotte's premier location for trendy fashion stores, entertainment and dining. Guests won't need to use expensive public transport to get around as most of the nearby shopping areas are within walking distance.

A full American breakfast is served daily and is included as part of your stay. This breakfast includes a wide variety of fresh hot and cold foods that are sure to satisfy your hunger pains. If you are not in the mood for food, you can always just sit back and enjoy a morning cup of tea or coffee.

Residence Inn Charlotte SouthPark Hotel provides each guest with free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout both the public and private areas within the hotel. This means that business guests can choose to get their work done in one of the seating areas in the lobby while other guests can stay connected to the friends and family back home in the privacy of their own room.

Although most guests found the one and two bedroom suites to be incredibly spacious, there were some complaints concerning the comfort of the queen beds provided. Some guests feel that these beds are too old and are in need of replacing. Some of the beds are visibly worn and uncomfortable to sleep on.

If you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring a pair of earplugs with you. The suites can get noisy at night as sound from the corridors and neighboring rooms easily penetrate the thin walls separating the spaces.

Although most guests enjoyed their stay at this hotel, the housekeeping need to better maintain the standards of the Marriott group. There have been some complaints of dirty bathrooms and unmade beds.
