Previous guests have found the studios and suites at the Residence Inn St Louis offer clean and comfortable surroundings with a good choice of included amenities. This is an older hotel but the positive feedback from guests suggests that regular maintenance and upkeep is a priority here.

Guests have enjoyed the free breakfast, often finding both the choice and quality of the food on offer impressive. The staff seems to do a good job of keeping the breakfast area organized and the buffet topped up. Guests have also enjoyed the regular manager’s receptions.

The location of this Saint Louis hotel has proved popular with guests, with many of the opinion that it offers a good central base from which to explore the area (if you’re without a car, the shuttle service is found to be fast and reliable). Guests have also enjoyed the dining options in the area.

Although the studios and suites are typically described as clean, there does appear to be occasional housekeeping oversights. These relate to minor issues such as stained coffee cups, items from previous guests left in the rooms, and missing towels - all easily rectified but frustrating nonetheless.

Guests are generally happy with the rates here but aren’t necessarily so pleased about the daily charge for parking. That said, the hotel justifies the charge by providing gated parking with additional security.

The downtown setting of this hotel is a highlight for guests but you should be aware that the convenience comes with a little traffic noise. On the plus side, it doesn’t seem overly excessive and is probably nothing that a pair of earplugs wouldn’t combat.
