They found the lobby area to be welcoming. There were lots of green spaces for exercise and play to give a feeling of relaxation. They also loved the chic gathering area in the lobby with free food and drinks, and an opportunity to interact with other guests. They found the complimentary grocery service option offered by the hotel to be attractive.

Guests were all praise for the spacious, well-designed living quarters with the modern layout, quality furnishings and in-room amenities. They found the large Marriott beds to be extremely comfortable and fully equipped kitchen to be very handy. They also spoke highly of the clean bathrooms and showers.

Guests found no words to praise the polite, knowledgeable and courteous staff. They also found the staff to be friendly, helpful and cheerful. Guests were very happy with their welcoming smiles and positive attitude. They also found them to be accommodative and responsive to requests. Guests loved the fresh and delicious breakfast with a wide variety of tasty options. Those leaving early were catered to in the comfort of their rooms.

Guests complained that they did not receive their final bill in their rooms. The bills had to be cleared at Check-out time, and reviewing the bills at the desk was cumbersome. Guests who had to leave in a hurry found this arrangement a bit tedious.
