Guests can't fault Relais Vatican View's location. The Vatican City is only a two-minute walk away and guests appreciate the close proximity of world-famous sights such as St. Peter's Basilica and the magnificent Sistine Chapel with its famous Michelangelo frescos. They also love the fact that there are so many restaurants nearby which serve excellent Italian cuisine. Public transport is also convenient and via the bus networks the rest of Rome is easily accessible.

Guests are very impressed with the standard of service that they received from the members of staff at Relais Vatican View. They are described as knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and always keen to offer assistance when asked.

One of the most popular features at Relais Vatican View is the beautiful rooftop garden which offers views over Rome. Guests enjoy spending time here relaxing and soaking up the atmosphere and it's also a great place to meet other guests and share stories.

While the vast majority of guests who have stayed here found the accommodation excellent, a few would have liked their rooms to be a little bigger. Also, some could hear other guests through the walls and were disappointed to discover that there were few English speaking channels on the television.

According to feedback, the hotel's lift is quite small and was challenging to use. Also, it's necessary to climb a few stairs to reach the lift on the ground floor which some found inconvenient.

Some guests feel that Relais Vatican View is quite pricey when considering the facilities and accommodation provided. However, others commented that the price they paid represented good value for money.
