Come here if you are looking for traditional Spanish atmosphere: this is an elegantly international operation, stylish, but thankfully not too polished, with the exception of the marble floors. Chinese tea chests stand besides antique chairs; modern bathroom fittings shine next to Victorian roll-top baths.The views of Barcelona from the terrace of Relais d\'Orsa, sophisticated small hotel are worth a visit even if you don\'t stay. Built in 1900 high above the city, it is now run with charm by husband and wife Rosa and Paco, who masterminded its recent renovation.The chef, on the other hand, steers clear of internationalism and produces plenty of excellent Spanish dishes - he does a great arroz a la cazuela, the local version of paella, and just as delicious. It\'s hard not to be drawn to the round window in the dining room, with its wonderful view of the city spread out below, especially romantic at night.
