Although there is no free parking available for guests, those who choose to pay for it are quite satisfied. It is convenient and secure whilst being not too far from the hotel. The prices are pretty reasonable too.
A great deal of guests find the rooms to be poorly sound-proofed. Some can hear people in other rooms clearly, noise from the bar and doors being slammed shut. The wooden floors certainly don't help either! However, the main issue is that the hotel, being on the main street, attracts a lot of traffic noise. This makes it difficult for some guests to sleep - especially those on the lower floors.
The continental breakfast, for some, is quite copious. For a lot though it is too basic, with a limited choice and, above all, too expensive.
Certain rooms seem to be poorly lit without much natural light. Some guests complain that their rooms face directly a wall, or that the décor is tired and dated. The combination of all this can make for quite a depressing environment!
