There have been a number of complaints from guests who have spent the night at the Regency Inn and Suites in Baldwin, about the many strange people just hanging around the hotel, especially late at night. Many of these unwelcome guests have even been found roaming around in the hallways.

Very noisy

There have been many reports from past guests who would have preferred to enjoy a good night's sleep, however found themselves waiting for the noise to die down. It would seem as if there is a constant flow of activity all day and night, so if you value your sleep bring a set of ear plugs.

Unfortunately there have been many visitors who have complained about the general state of cleanliness at the Regency Inn and Suites in Baldwin. Hallways do have quite a bit of litter lying around, and the rooms could do with a deep clean, especially when it comes to the bathrooms.
