Mosque in same building
The mosque in the same building made it convenient for guests to attend for prayers.

Far from holy site
Several guests felt they had been misled by the hotel's advertisement that it was close to the Masjid al Haram (Sacred Mosque). The hotel is located about 3.5 kilometres away from the Haram, which many guests said was not walking distance. Also, going back and forth between the site was not easy because of the traffic on the road. They felt that the hotel had not represented reality.

Although the hotel offers a shuttle, its services do not reach the Masjid al Haram. Guests said that they had to get off and transfer to another bus system to reach the destination. Also, there was confusion on how to take the shuttle back to the hotel. The bus service did not align with the posted schedule, guests lamented.
